RETURNS/ REFUNDS 

Thank you for shopping with Bea & Flo Artisan Co. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns.

1. Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. The following conditions apply:

• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, don't worry about the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as: Items that have been opened or used

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at contactus@beaandflo.com to inform us of your intention to return the item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. 

Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. 

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contactus@beaandflo.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
